Victor Chiu, MD
Doctor Victor Chiu was born in
Taiwan, and emigrated with his family to the United States when
he was 9 years old. They lived in Texas for some time before
relocating to Southern California. He received his Bachelor of
Science degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA,
and graduated with University Honors. He earned his Doctorate in
Medicine from the University of Rochester in New York. He
completed an internship at the University of California in
Irvine. He concluded his training with a residency in
Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota. His memberships
include the American Medical Association, the American Academy
of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and
Refractive Surgery.In his spare time, he enjoys watching and participating in sports, including basketball, football, and golf. He is an amateur photographer, with a special interest in nature and landscape photography. |
