The Visalia Eye Center developed as an expansion of Dr. David Feil’s ophthalmology practice.
The Center was opened in 1983 to offer more comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services to his patients. The Visalia Eye Center was the first office-based ambulatory eye surgery center in the South Valley.
In 2005, the practice and surgery center, now know as the Courtyard Surgery Pavilion, moved to it’s current location.
